What does it cost to ship an item to me?
Answer:
Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose. United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail is $6.95. For orders over $100, there is no charge.
EZ Worldwide/UPS 1-2 Day shipping starts at $15.00 and increases exponentially depending on the weight and destination of the package. EZ Worldwide/UPS
Overnight shipping starts at $25.00 and increases exponentially depending on the weight and destination of the package.

Can I ship one order to multiple locations?
Answer:
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer multiple shipping locations. This can be accomplished by simply making your purchases separate, and changing the shipping address of each order.

What is your refund policy?
Answer:
All returns
received with receipt, all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 30 days
after purchase will be offered up to two exchanges with complimentary shipping
or refund excluding shipping costs. Each
item ordered is limited to two exchanges ONLY. Refunds will be made in the
method of original payment.
All purchases of sale items
will be offered ONE exchange with complimentary shipping. Customer will be responsible for shipping
costs associated with any additional exchanges. NO REFUNDS ON SALE MERCHANDISE.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer:
Shipping time depends on when you place you order. Shipping depends on the method chosen - we have a 24 hour processing period for all orders. If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time. All Overnight/2nd Day orders placed before 12pm PST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 12pm PST should ship out the following business day.
Shipping Tips - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:
We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.
Delivery times by shipping method are:
USPS Priority Mail -- Between 5 and 7 business days
UPS Next Day Air -- the following business day
UPS 2nd Day Air -- 2 business days after the order is shipped
UPS Ground- 3-5 business days
Overnight/2nd Day orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. They also require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship to Canada or outside of the United States?
Answer:
Currently YMI Jeanswear DOES NOT ship outside of the United States. We do, however, ship to military addressed. Orders shipped domestically to P.O. Boxes and military APO, FPO and AFB can only be shipped out via USPS standard shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. |
