Answer:
Finding the right size is easy. To find the sizing of an item just look on any item page on our site. Look for the small button that says "sizing chart." Click the sizing chart button and a window will popup that will show you what you need to know.

How do I find out how to care for my new garment?
Answer:
We only use quality materials at YMI Jeanswear, so to care for your new YMI garment, simply follow the instructions on the care label.

I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size. Will it be coming back in stock?
Answer:
Items that are out of stock usually do not come back in stock.
YMI Jeanswear clothing does sell out quickly, so we suggest that if you see something you like: snap it up while you can! We have a very good return policy so in case you change your mind, it's easy to send back the item (please note that sale items cannot be returned). Sometimes when we get returns that are unworn and in new condition, the item you had wanted may come back in stock, though this is rare.

How do I email information about an item to a friend?
Answer:
If you see an item that you know a friend would love, you can e-mail her your suggestion anytime by clicking on the "mail to a friend" button that is near the Add to Cart button on every item page on our site. A window will popup where you can add her email address and even write a personal note (or just use ours) and she'll get a brief e-mail from us in moments saying that you think she'd like the item you told her about. The personalized e-mail will have a link to the chosen outfit.
Please note: YMI Jeanswear is strongly opposed to sending unwanted and unsolicited email. We will not add your friend's email address to any mail list (or store their address anywhere in our system).
