Shopping at “shopymijeans.com” is absolutely safe. We guarantee that shopping with “ShopYMIJeans.com” is safe. You never have to worry about the safety of your credit card information when shopping here. If unauthorized or fraudulent charges are ever made, you do not have to pay for them. Period. Ordering from ShopYMIJeans.com is easy. See something you want? Add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Your cart can hold an unlimited number of items.

When you're through shopping, click on the "Checkout" button that is in the cart, where you'll fill out your billing information.

Nothing is charged to your credit card until you've completed the entire check-out process and the goods have been shipped.

After I order, will I get an order confirmation?  

Answer:
Yes, you will get an order confirmation. After you place an order with ShopYMIJeans.com, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase. The e-mail will also include an order number, so it's important that you save the message!

Do you charge sales tax?  

Answer:
Being charged sales tax depends on which state your order is being shipped to. Unless your order is being shipped to the state of California, ShopYMIJeans.com does not charge its customers any sales tax. If you're order is shipping to California, you'll be charged the standard rate for that location.

Do you ship to Canada or outside of the United States?

Answer:
Currently ShopYMIJeans.com DOES NOT ship outside of the United States. We do, however, ship to military addresses. Orders shipped domestically to P.O. Boxes and military APO, FPO and AFB can only be shipped out via USPS standard shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

Answer:
If your credit card is declined you will see an error message.

You will receive an error message almost immediately during checkout if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to then enter a new card number if this happens.

My credit card was declined, but why is a charge showing on my credit card bill?

Answer:
If your credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on your credit card please do not worry. The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are called pending holds. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you as well as the entire eCommerce industry. Pending holds come about because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transaction that has been submitted for approval.

Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification. Once you submit your credit card information for approval, your bank/credit company checks to verify the amount of money available. If you have enough funds, then an authorization code is given and the money is placed on hold. Once your funds are verified, then all of the billing information entered is verified with an AVS - Address Verification System.

If your information is not exactly how your bank/credit company has it on file, then your order may not process. An error message will appear online that your credit card could not be approved and this is often caused by your credit card billing address not matching the billing address on file with your credit company. You can always go back and edit the information that you had previously entered as your billing address and try to submit your order again.
